PASTOR PETE AND JENITA NAYLOR

Pastor Pete and his family have a desire to care for their community, support families and share God’s love in practical ways in Northern Ontario. Pastor Pete grew up as the son of a church planter and lived in many communities across Ontario. He met his wife, Jenita, while she was attending Laurentian University and he, Nipissing University many years ago. They married in 2005

Teaching is something Pastor Pete loves to do. He is passionate about helping everyone to grow and learn how to live their Faith in their home (Faith at Home). He also supply teaches as needed at Kirkland Lake District Composite School (KLDCS). Using skills learned while teaching in the school system and at both Canadore College (North Bay) and Northern College (Kirkland Lake) Jenita now coordinates the Hope Box Canada program for pregnancy and infant loss and leads the Children’s Ministry Team at Riverside. She also coordinates the Breakfast Program at KLDCS which is a partnership with the Red Cross. They have two homeschooled daughters and five babies waiting for them in Heaven.

You’ll often find Pastor Pete out in one of the many lakes fishing, walking a trail looking for grouse or building in the workshop – often with his girls tagging along.
